  14. I have upgraded the Flash Rom, and recognized the Modem through Windows 
  15. 95.  However, my connect speed still shows 28.8 (and I believe the modem 
  16. on the other end is also a USR, capable of 33.3).  Is there a different 
  17. message for higher connections (to see when you get one), or is it still 
  18. a 28.8 message?  Is there a good method to verify the speed of the modem 
  19. to make sure I am up to 33.6?
